Jane Robertson LITHGOW

Jane Robertson Lithgow passed away peacefully at Niagara Hospice on July 7, 2026, at the age of 89. Born in Cambuslang, near Glasgow, Scotland, she later immigrated to Canada in 1957 and began a career with the federal government, from which she retired. Jane married and had three sons, Paul, John, and Tom, and was predeceased by her son Paul. She was a devoted grandmother to Mac, Carly, Griffen, Kyla, Greyson, and Bailey, and cherished her great-grandchildren. In 2001, she married Andrew Lithgow, with whom she shared 25 years of marriage and welcomed four stepchildren, James, Andrew Jr., Isobel, and Annmarie, into her family. Jane was a valued member of the Glenridge Lawn Bowling Club and enjoyed lawn bowling, movies, and storytelling. She is survived by her husband Andrew, sons John and Tom, and her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
