George WILLIS

George Willis passed away on Sunday, March 1, 2026, at the age of 87. He is lovingly remembered by his devoted wife of 61 years, Shirley Rylett. George was a caring father to their four children: Pam Garrod (Dan) of London, Ontario, Jon Willis (Marrianne) of Chatham, Ontario, Wendy Murphy (Mike) of Wallaceburg, Ontario, and David Cooper (Carol) of Sarnia, Ontario. He will be deeply missed by his thirteen grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild. George had a long and successful career with Rockwell International until his retirement. He was a long-standing member of the Royal Canadian Legion. A private family Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, March 27, 2026, at the Royal Canadian Legion in Wallaceburg, surrounded by his immediate family and grandchildren. In lieu of flowers or donations, a sympathy card can be sent to the attention of Shirley Willis, at the Oaks Retirement Village, 80 McNaughton Ave, Wallaceburg, Ontario N8A 1R9. Arrangements are entrusted to Life Transitions Burial and Cremation Service Inc.
