He is survived by his beloved wife, Brenda Louise (Tanner), and his caregiver, Fatima Barry. George was predeceased by his parents, Arthur Daniel and Daisy Meikle Tattrie (Holmes). His family and friends will remember him for the joy he brought into their lives and the lasting bonds he created. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Knox Presbyterian Church in St. Catharines or Knox College in Toronto. The family has chosen to direct donations to Knox Presbyterian Church and Knox College. George's memory will continue to provide comfort to all who knew him.
