Donna (nee Kozakiewicz) MOKRZYNSKI
Donna Mokrzynski (nee Kozakiewicz) passed away on June 11, 2026, at the age of 87. Born on May 30, 1939, in Kaczyce, Pęcław, Poland, she immigrated to Canada in 1958. Donna was the beloved wife of Henry, with whom she celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary on September 24, 2025. She was the loving mother of Liz Iwanczuk (Richard) and Patti Bosco (Anthony), and the proud and loving Babcia of Alicia Pilch (Jeffrey), Brandon Iwanczuk (Kristen), Ryan Bosco, and Matthew Bosco. She was also the cherished Pra-Babcia of twins Ainsley and Charlotte Pilch. Donna was predeceased by her siblings, Gienia, Stanley, Jozef, and her twin sister, Eleonora. She is survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends across Canada, Poland, and the United States. The family will receive friends at George Darte Funeral Home on Friday, June 19th, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., with vigil prayers at 7:30 p.m. A Funeral Mass will take place at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church on Saturday, June 20th, at 10 a.m., followed by the Rite of Committal at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Donations can be made to Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church in honour of Donna's memory.
