Constance Lynn Schwartz of St. Catharines, Ontario, passed away on August 16, 2026, at the age of 65. She was born on September 12, 1960. Constance was predeceased by her mother, Joyce Geraghty; her stepfather, Tom Geraghty; and her sisters, Stacie and Holly. She is survived by her children, Dave, Andi, Charlotte, and Jonathon, as well as her siblings, Debbie, Chris, Terry, Dave, and Zondra. In honor of Constance's memory, the family requests that generous donations be made to the Canadian Cancer Society and the Fort Erie Spay and Neuter Clinic, organizations that were dear to her heart.
