Christopher Robert Johnson

It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Christopher Robert Johnson on July 23, 2026, at the age of 61. He is predeceased by his parents, Edward (Ted) (2019) and Gloria (2020) Johnson, as well as his brothers Craig (2025) and David (1961). Christopher is survived by his cherished son, Seth, and his loving partner, Lauren. He will be fondly remembered by his sister Briar (Ken), along with his nieces Caitlyn, Kylie, and Courtney (Dylan), and his nephew Leo. For over 30 years, Chris was the owner-operator of JC Auto Clinic in Port Robinson and was actively involved in his community, volunteering with organizations such as the Lions Club, March of Dimes, Kiwanis Hockey, and the Thorold Volunteer Fire Department. An avid car racer, he participated at Merrittville Speedway and Humberstone dirt tracks, and he enjoyed hunting, fishing, and golfing. A celebration of life will be held in his honor at a later date.
