Charles Payne

Charles Payne passed away on June 27, 2026, at the age of 74. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Catherine, and their children, Devin, Leah, and Brendan, as well as numerous relatives and friends. Born in Brechin, Scotland, Charles moved to Canada in his twenties and spent his professional life working at Port Weller Dry Docks until his retirement in 2013. A graveside service will be held at Pleasantview Memorial Gardens on July 9th, with a Celebration of Life to follow at a later date. The family extends their gratitude to the staff at Niagara Falls Hospital for their care and support.
