Marie "Ruth" MacKAY

Marie 'Ruth' MacKay passed away on April 18, 2026, at the age of 91, from complications of aging. Born in September 1934 to Henry and Myrtle Blakelock, she was predeceased by her husband Murray and grandson Jack (2002). She is survived by her son Ed and his wife Theresa, and their family; David and Magdalena; Ryan and Taylor; great-grandchildren Hanelie, Greyson, and Finley. She is also survived by her daughter Pam and her husband Phil Newport, and their family: Holly, Noah, and Nathan. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, from 5-8 p.m. at Dodsworth and Brown Funeral Home - Ancaster Chapel. A service will be held in the Burk's Falls area at a later date.
