Horst KURTZ

Horst KURTZ passed away suddenly on March 7, 2026, at the age of 84. Born on February 10, 1942, in Litzmannstadt, Germany, to Elfriede and Oscar Kurtz, he immigrated to Canada at the age of 15 in 1957. He was the beloved husband and soulmate of Brigitte Kurtz, with whom he shared 56 wonderful years of marriage. Horst was a loving father to Karsten Kurtz and his wife Melissina, and Karina Kurtz and her husband Joey-Anthony. He was also the amazing Opa to Lorenzo. Horst will be fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, and extended family. He was predeceased by none as mentioned. Cremation has already taken place. Arrangements are under the care of Tranquility Burial & Cremation Services.
