Eleanor Jean BENNETT

Eleanor Jean Bennett passed away on February 2, 2026, at the age of 89. She will be reunited with her late husband, Robert Howard Bennett, who predeceased her in 2007. Eleanor was an amazing wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend who touched many lives. Her love of family and friends permeated her life. Her laughter and smile were a constant at all gatherings. Left with many loving memories are her children, Rob (Shauna), Rick, and Ryan (Jennifer); cherished grandchildren, Cameron (Heather), Jessi (Nate Rimay), Robyn (Owen Kurvits), Megan, Dana, Jordan, and Michael; great-grandchildren, Elizabeth, Samuel, James, Sunny, Zane, Knox, and Cruze; and her sister, Lilian (Coulthard). The family would like to thank the wonderful staff at Sunrise of Erin Mills in Mississauga and Woodhall Park in Brampton for their loving care of Eleanor since 2007. Services are entrusted to Dodsworth and Brown Funeral Home. Cremation has taken place. A private interment will take place at a later time.
