JANE ELIZABETH DUCK

Jane Elizabeth Duck passed away on July 12, 2026, at the age of 75, surrounded by her family. Born on September 23, 1950, she was the cherished daughter of the late Dorothy and Harold Hooper. Jane was the devoted wife of the late Fred Duck and will be deeply missed by her children, John Duck and his wife Aileen, and Alix Lapworth and her husband Chris. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Jeremy, Brayden, Owen, Hayleigh, Ollie, and Teddy, as well as her sister, Catherine Hooper, and several sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, and nieces. A celebration of Jane's life will be held at Dodsworth & Brown Funeral Home in Ancaster on July 29th from 1-3 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the ALS Society of Canada, McMaster Children's Hospital, or the Canadian Cancer Society.
