Robert Bruce Browning

The family of Robert Bruce Browning of Amherstburg, Ontario, announces his passing on September 5, 2026, at the age of 64. Born on October 8, 1961, Robert is fondly remembered by his family, friends, and all who knew him. He was predeceased by his father, Bruce Browning, and his brother-in-law, Randy Williams. Robert is survived by his wife, Kristy; his children, David Browning and Sara Browning (Bill Ruth); and his grandson, Caden Ruth. He also leaves behind his mother, Joan Browning; siblings Peg Cozens (Bert), Steve Browning, Patty Batiste (Lorne), and Norm Browning (Cecile); and sister-in-law Tammy Barkovsky (Williams). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Christ Church, 317 Ramsay St, Amherstburg, ON N9V1Y6. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Mental Health Association of Windsor Essex County.
