John Beckett

John Beckett passed away on May 18, 2026, at the age of 70, surrounded by his family. He is survived by his children, John (Tracy) and Bobbie-Lynn, and his nine grandchildren. John is also survived by his siblings, Pat (predeceased by Dr. Fern) DiPierdomenico and Peg (predeceased by Roger) Miner, as well as many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, John and Marguerite Beckett. The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the Doctors, Nurses, and staff at Erie Shores Healthcare for the compassionate care shown to John. Visitation will be held at Families First in Amherstburg on Thursday, May 21, 2026, from 2-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m., and on Friday, May 22, 2026, from 10-10:30 a.m., followed by a procession to St. John the Baptist Church for a Mass of Christian burial at 11 a.m., and cremation to follow.
