Carolyn Ann Bethune

Carolyn Ann Bethune of Amherstburg, Ontario, passed away on September 11, 2026, at the age of 85. Born on October 26, 1940, Carolyn was a beloved wife to Louis Bethune and a cherished mother to Cary Jo "CJ" Banks (Terry Stuebing), Glenn Bethune (Karen), and Todd Bethune (Ansley). She was the proud grandmother of Lyndsi (Mateo), Jessi (Jordan), Miranda, Katelyn, and Tessa. Carolyn is also survived by her siblings, Charles "Sonny" Gall, Gwen Gall, and Sharon Giffen (Findlay), as well as her parents, Theresa Gall and Arthur Gall. Her warmth, kindness, and the connections she fostered will be deeply missed by family, friends, and colleagues alike.
