Michael GILMARTIN

Michael Gilmartin passed away on May 14, 2026, at Matthews House in Alliston, Ontario, at the age of 76. He was born on February 1, 1950, in Glasgow, Scotland. Michael is survived by his loving wife Patricia of 53 years, his adored daughter Cheryl (Derek) and grandsons Jaden and the late Carson. He is also survived by his beloved siblings Helen (John), Maureen (the late Tony), and Eileen (Campbell), and was predeceased by John and Noel. Michael will be fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews, including Caroline (Dave), Annette (Martin), John (Kelly), Karen (Ashley), Diane (Colin), Michelle (Denis), Debra (Kevin), Lisa (Barry), and Steven (Kristin), as well as his extended family and many friends. Visitation will be held at Drury Funeral Centre on Friday, May 22nd, from 11:30 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 1:30 p.m. A time for shared stories and refreshments will follow the service at the Alliston Lions Club.
