Michael Alan Winter

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Michael Alan Winter of Alliston, Ontario, who departed this life on September 7, 2026, at the age of 80. Born on April 19, 1946, Michael was predeceased by his parents, Alan and Irene Winter. He is survived by his beloved wife, Linda, and his daughters, Sally (Andrew) and Emily (Gabe). He also leaves behind the mother of his children, Gillian, his stepdaughters, Kim and Lynzy, and his cherished grandchildren, Sam, Olivia, Juliette, Jaydin, Daeja, and Alainnah. Michael is remembered by his siblings, Joan (Gary) and Paul (Helen). Visitation took place on September 11, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, followed by a funeral service at 12:00 PM at the W. John Thomas Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Matthews House Hospice in Alliston.
