ANN DAPHNE DAW

Ann Daphne Daw (nee Smith) passed away on June 21, 2026, at the age of 93. Born on May 14, 1933, in Toronto, Ann was raised in Forest Hill and brought up her family on Northwood Drive in Newtonbrook/Willowdale. She was predeceased by her husband, W. Andrew (Andy) Daw, and by her brother, Donald A. Smith. Ann will be lovingly remembered by her children, Barry, Bob, and Maureen, and by her grandchildren, Colin Daw, Nicholas, Cameron, Michael, and Alexander Buttazzoni, as well as her great-grandchildren, Ansel and Emory. Ann enjoyed a full life, taking pleasure in time spent with family and friends, golf, bowling, cottage life, and her cats. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Alliston Humane Society, charities that were close to Ann's heart.
