KATHRYN (KAY) PHILLIPS

Kathryn (Kay) Phillips passed away at Ajax hospital on May 12, 2026, at the age of 86, surrounded by family. She was the beloved wife of Gerry and loving mother to Mark, Kerry (Bill), Kyle (Debi), and Matthew (Renee). Kay was a devoted and loving grandmother to Jesse, Sara, Chloe, Emma, and Abby. Born in Leamington on September 29, 1939, she was the only child of Jack and Ruth White. Kay and Gerry were married in the winter of 1962 and were inseparable for 65 years. She is survived by her husband Gerry and their children and grandchildren.
