IRIS MARGARET BAIN

Iris Margaret Bain passed away on April 29, 2026, at the age of 83. She was the devoted wife to Iain for over 60 years. Iris was the beloved mom of Lauren, Kirsten, and Courtney, and the proud grandma to Ewen, Claire, Olivia, Stella, Luca, and Petra. She is also survived by her siblings Neil, Eric, Myra, and Marion. Iris was born and raised in Glasgow before immigrating to Canada. The family will receive friends at McEachnie Funeral Home on Thursday, May 7, 2026, from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m., followed by a memorial service in the chapel. A private family interment will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Lung Association in memory of Iris are appreciated by the family.
